Graduated from Waseda Law School and licensed as a lawyer in Japan, Mamoru specializes in cross-border transactions, gaining international experience in India before basing in Singapore. As a Japanese Real Estate Broker and cross-border specialist, he leverages his exclusive network across India, Dubai, and Singapore. Mamoru oversees the entire process, from legal affairs and contract negotiations to complex international closings, ensuring clients' legal asset protection and secure transactions.
Takatora Honda
Co-Founder, Head of Technology and Marketing
Takatora, a Waseda University Graduate School of Science and Engineering alumnus, brings seven years of experience as a Senior Analyst from a GAFA. He is an expert in data analytics, digital marketing and uses AI technology to uncover unique opportunities. Through deep data analysis, Takatora offers tailored proposals for each client.
